Turkey and Red Grapes Salad


You will need

1 cup of mayonnaise
2 cups shredded turkey (I prefer the shredded breast part)
58 pieces seedless red grapes (very specific!)
3 stalks of celery
salt and pepper to taste

Wash, drain and slice the red grapes in half, then wash, drain and chop the celery.
Mix all of the ingredients. Add more mayonnaise to your liking. More mayonnaise, means more “wetness” in your salad, so if you prefer a “wetter” salad, add more mayonnaise.

Chill in the fridge and serve over chopped romaine lettuce, or in a sandwich… whichever you prefer.
